Team E-Kansai concluded a MOU with Guangdong Science and Technology Cooperation Center of China in the “10th Japan-China Energy Saving and Environment Comprehensive Forum”

Based on the signing of cooperation document by and between METI Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI-Kansai) and Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China, on March 16, 2016, to establish and strengthen cooperation framework in the environmental and energy-saving areas, Team E-Kansai concluded a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Guangdong Science and Technology Cooperation Center, aiming to specifically promote such cooperation.

On November 26, the 10^th Japan-China Energy Saving and Environment Comprehensive Forum was held in Beijing, and the cooperation document was signed by both parties in the preliminary signing ceremony on the day before the forum, as a cooperation program between Japan and China. The document was presented to the attendees in the general meeting of the forum and was exchanged by both parties.

With respect to the public invitation of subsidiary program for cooperation projects between Japan and China which Team E-Kansai has been notifying its regular members of by news letters since this spring, the local counterpart companies of the member companies of Team E-Kansai have applied for it, with a lot of promising projects in the environmental and energy-saving areas.

On the basis of the cooperation platform established by conclusion of the MOU, Team E-Kansai will create cooperation projects in the environmental and energy-saving areas in Guangdong Province, together with the member companies, promoting business exchanges.
