Third Water Business Delegation to Vietnam/ Exhibit at VIET WATER 2013
A delegation of water related businesses from Kansai was dispatched to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam.
1. The six industries groups/governmental enterprise in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh and the industrial delegation from Japan had Group-to-Group Meetings to discuss water treatment issues and Team E-Kansai offered proposals on system solutions.
2. A joint seminar was held with the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and Dong Nai Province to introduce technologies from Japanese companies and hold business negotiations. (8 Japanese companies participated in the seminar with MOIT and 11 Japanese companies in the seminar with Dong Nai Province.)
3. At Vietnam’s largest water expo—VIET WATER 2013, Team E-Kansai had a booth as part of JETRO’s Japan Pavilion (1107 business negotiations).
