Seminar to report on OJT Training for Vietnam Beer and Alcohol Beverage Association (VBA)

From October 24 to 26, 2016, Institute for International Studies and Training (IIST) and METI Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI Kansai) implemented trainings for human resource development under the theme of “Drainage treatment and energy saving”, as the trainings for development of the personnel who will work in the fields of Vietnam in relation to environmental conservation, focusing on OJTs at a local beer brewery in cooperation with Vietnam Beer Alcohol Beverage Association (VBA).

Subsequently, Team E-Kansai invited engineers from the member companies under VBA and held a seminar in Osaka, for reports and discussions concerning the feasibility of business expansion in Vietnam in the future, as below.

From February 22 to 24, 2017, the opportunities for presentations on technologies and individual business meetings with the member companies were arranged in Tokyo and Osaka where 8 member companies participated.
